HomeSpace.sg for property listings!
Monday, September 10th, 2007A friend of mine just launched HomeSpace.sg.It’s really promising!
HomeSpace.sg provides a powerful and intuitive graphical map interface that showcases not only properties listed for sale, but also amenities in the vicinity such as MRT stations, bus interchanges, schools and shopping centres. Home buyers are also able to streamline their searches according to their desired price range, property type, floor area and even number of rooms.
Unlike other online real estate search engines currently serving the Singapore market, HomeSpace.sg boasts a clean and uncluttered visual interface, ridding its website of unnecessary links, advertisements, news and information that are commonly found in other websites. It is the sole aim of The Real Group to provide home buyers with an easy-to-use “no-nonsense” platform to get their tasks done as quickly and easily as possible without any detractors.
HomeSpace.sg also features a Clientele Managerâ„¢ and Agent Portfolioâ„¢ features which cater to real estate agents. The Clientele Manager feature enables an agent to add, edit and view clientele and their property preferences online, empowering them to access their client information from any computer. Their Portfolio automatically synchronizes with their listings on HomeSpace and showcases their property portfolio on a personal professional webpage, dramatically reducing barriers for agents to go online.
I’d say go check it out… esp if you are a property agent!
Singaporeans are fast streetwalkers!
Tuesday, May 8th, 2007And it looks like Singaporeans have the fastest walking speeds, and thus the busiest pace of life, in the world! We took 10.5 seconds to walk 18m, in a survey conducted worldwide.
We need to do something about this… I won’t want to be a hard and fast streetwalker, now would you?
Nevermind if you missed the joke. ![]()
I’m Bond. Break Bond.
Tuesday, May 8th, 2007And so it came to be that my MSN nickname got quoted in Singapore’s New Paper on 7th May.
Not the full thing, unfortunately, but good enough to make a point. Singaporeans have got to realize that talent is global and STOP condemning scholars for their apparent lack of gratitude in having an iron rice bowl in a scholarship.
Dedicated to all male citizens of Singapore
Tuesday, November 28th, 2006This is especially good, especially if you play Final Fantasy, too
Don’t miss! (5 MB - might take a while to load)
Finally, Singapore, an Ad worth mentioning!
Monday, November 6th, 2006Congrats to NUH for an excellent advertisement! One of the first from Singapore.
The rest of Singapore should watch and learn ![]()
Singapore Govt beinging too hip?
Friday, October 6th, 2006When PM Goh said that the government had to become more hip to connect with the young, i really didn’t expect this to happen. It would still have been okay if what was said hadn’t been, but in that context, it’s absurd…
What’s next? MPs to dance on bartops? hehe. That’d be a sight.
